    About Anderson Bauman Chiropractic

Dr. Mike graduated Burlington High School in 1982 after which he completed his Bachelor’s in Science from Parkside, Kenosha and University of Iowa, Iowa City. He completed his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer, Davenport Iowa, in 1988 and opened Anderson Chiropractic Office in 1991. He completed Board Certification in Chiropractic Sports Medicine in 2008. He has personally trained a number of new doctors and has been lecturing throughout the country for many years on subjects ranging from health and fitness to controversies in Chiropractic.
He is multiple past president of Burlington Little League, current President of BHS Athletic Association, member of the Board of Directors of Fox River State Bank, member of the Board of Directors of Burlington Transitional Living Center, member of Wisconsin Chiropractic Association, member of DACBSP test preparation committee, past winner of the Burlington Community Volunteer of the Year Award, team doctor for Burlington Blue Devils semipro football team, and State certified in Chiropractic Nutrition and Physical Therapy.

Dr. Mike believes that the key to successful patient care is to extensively address every aspect of the patient’s lifestyle. A patient must learn (and a chiropractor must teach) about proper posture, proper footwear, proper stress management, appropriate longterm and short term exercises, proper nutritional requirements, and exactly what types of treatment are most appropriate for his or her condition taking into account the patient’s personality, treatment philosophy, health status, and severity of symptoms.
